I created this program for motivated women who want some help with focus and accountability.
The holiday season is distracting - there’s decorating, buying and wrapping presents, and holiday visits. Combine that with your work goals, and it’s easy to get overwhelmed. Let this program help you set reasonable goals and stay on track to accomplish them.
We’ll cover:
- Goal-setting for the last two months. What do you most want to accomplish?
- Time management. Two key areas we’ll explore are how to link your goals to your daily actions and developing a to-do list that actually gets done.
- Identify and change limiting beliefs. Your beliefs about your abilities, about money, and about success determine the results you achieve. We’ll check in to see where you could use some belief changes.
- Recruiting skills. How to improve your conversations with prospects, your connection to them, and their conversion into recruits.
- Motivating and giving feedback to your team. As you’re developing your team, how can you best motivate each person and help them be as successful as possible?
- Powerful questions. Developing the habit of moving from negative self-talk to powerful questions will accelerate your personal and professional growth.
This six-week program will run from November 4, 2008 to December 16, 2008 (we’ll skip Thanksgiving week). It will be a small group of 4-7 women. We’ll meet from 7pm-8pm Eastern over the phone.
In each hour-long session, we’ll spend about 15 minutes discussing the topic for that week. Next, we’ll do a round robin where each person will have a few minutes to discuss their successes over the previous week. Next we’ll do a round robin where each person can present a challenge on which they’d like to receive the group’s wisdom and feedback. Then we’ll each set a goal for the following week.
I love this format because it’s highly focused. We’re covering just a few topics - the topics that will really help you during the holiday season. Groups create a powerful synergy. Your experiences will help others, and their experiences will help you. The whole will be greater than the sum of our parts.

Time: 7pm-8pm Eastern
Location: Conveniently located in your home, over the phone!
Investment: $279. You can choose one payment or a two-payment plan.
My individual coaching is $150/hr, so you will be getting 6 sessions with a small group for less than the cost of two individual sessions. That’s a bargain!
If you can’t make a live call – no problem – we’ll record the call and send you a link to the recording for you to download and listen to at your convenience.
