1.  Individual Coaching for Direct Sales Team Leaders

This is ideal when you're ready to commit to serious growth.  Individual coaching consists of 3 sessions per month, 50 minutes per session, at a date and time convenient to you.  All sessions are held over the phone.  We'll start by clarifying your goals, so we can accelerate your progress on those.  With good coaching and your commitment to the process, you will go further and get there faster.

2.  Group Coaching for Direct Sales Team Leaders

4.  MasterMind Groups for Direct Sales Team Leaders

A MasterMind group consists of 4-7 women who want the wisdom, support and accountability of their peers on their journey as a team leader.  The group meets once a month on the phone, at a regularly scheduled time and date.  

This is different from coaching sessions.  The group provides the knowledge and support members need.  My role in a MasterMind group is primarily as a facilitator, less as a coach.  If I have something to add, I certainly do, however, the group is the main source of wisdom and experience.

5.  Free Training Sessions in the DC Metro Area
